  • 1.豆腐切小块,肉馅放入料酒,酱油腌入味,葱切葱花。
  • 2.锅中放油,油五分热,放入葱花炝锅,再放入肉馅煸炒,肉馅成颗粒状放入郫县辣酱和豆豉辣酱,煸炒香味,炒均。
  • 3.放入豆腐,慢慢翻炒均匀,不要把豆腐铲碎;放入一小碗水,煮开,炖煮5分钟。
  • 4.放入糖、盐调味,汤汁收浓,表面撒入花椒粉,起锅上盘。
  • 5.完成
