  • 1.牛腩切稍大的块,飞水。
  • 2.洗干净,沥干水份。
  • 3.姜切片,蒜去皮。
  • 4.南乳,柱侯酱放碗里。
  • 5.把南乳捣烂,和柱侯酱混合。
  • 6.热油锅,把姜蒜八角爆香。
  • 7.放牛腩炒。
  • 8.倒入料酒和酱汁炒匀。
  • 9.倒入没过材料的水,放蚝油,老抽和冰糖。
  • 10.大火烧开。
  • 11.我转到另一个锅慢慢烧了,小火烧1.5小时。
  • 12.牛筋切块,飞水。
  • 13.洗净沥水。
  • 14.放入电压力锅,放水,生抽和料酒,
