糖霜腰果(空气炸锅版)
家里还剩一些腰果,本来是想烤炭烧腰果的,不过烤出来感觉更象糖霜腰果。还蛮好吃的。

  • 生腰果仁200克
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 白砂糖25克
  • 玉米油1汤匙

Steps to make 糖霜腰果(空气炸锅版)

  • 1.先把腰果仁用水冲洗一下,表面润湿一下就可以,然后晾下水。
  • 2.然后加入白砂糖。我用的粗砂糖,我喜欢吃到那种糖的颗粒感。
  • 3.再加入玉米淀粉。
  • 4.再加入玉米油,不要用味道重的油。
  • 5.然后拌匀,尽量让每一颗腰果都裹上油、淀粉和糖。
  • 6.空气炸锅的炸篮先铺上一层锡纸,倒入腰果,铺平。180度先烤10分钟。
  • 7.取出炸篮,将腰果翻一下面,尽量将白色的翻上来,已经烤黑的翻下去。再烤5分钟。
  • 8.这是最后烤好的样子。如果不满意,可以把颜色很深的挑出来,颜色浅的再烤几分钟。
