Steps to make 翠衣大饺

  • 1.炒锅里加适量的水,放入去了皮的土豆和玉米,大火煮10分钟左右
  • 2.把西瓜皮白色的那层和绿色的外皮分开
  • 3.白皮里加少许的盐,腌制出水
  • 4.倒入腌出来的水,把瓜皮剁成小颗粒的
  • 5.在剁的过程中,瓜皮会再次出水,要把剁好的瓜皮用手捏一下,取出多余的水分
  • 6.用勺子把土豆压成泥
  • 7.把玉米都剥下来
  • 8.把剥下来的玉米粒加入到土豆泥中
  • 9.把处理好的西瓜皮也加入到土豆泥中搅拌均匀
  • 10.把猪肉剁成肉糜
  • 11.把剁好的肉糜加入到土豆泥中搅拌均匀
  • 12.再打入一个鸡蛋搅拌均匀,放入冰箱待用
  • 13.把绿色的外皮放入料理机的过滤网里,加入350-400ml的水,打成瓜皮汁
  • 14.将瓜皮汁加入到面粉中
  • 15.先搅拌成絮状的
  • 16.再揉搓成光滑的面团
  • 17.搓成长条形
  • 18.用刀切成小剂子
  • 19.用擀面棍把小剂子擀成圆面皮
  • 20.把放冰箱里的馅料取出,加入适量的辣椒酱,盐,鸡精,少许的白糖,搅拌均匀
  • 21.取适量的馅料,放入皮子上
  • 22.包成饺子
  • 23.炒锅加入大量的水,煮沸,加少许盐,下入饺子
  • 24.煮到饺子浮起来后,再煮1-2分钟即可捞出食用
