    • 1.主要原料
    • 2.鸡蛋煮熟剥皮备用,葱姜切末。(排骨洗净焯水)
    • 3.将猪肉馅放盆里,加入葱姜,料酒,酱油,盐味精,香油,耗油,鸡蛋,干淀粉。
    • 4.搅打上劲,团成丸子。
    • 5.团好的丸子放油锅炸至金黄色定型。
    • 6.将处理好的排骨,鸡蛋丸子码放电压力锅里,排骨放最下层。
    • 7.放入葱姜,大料,盐,白糖,酱油,料酒,适量水放高压锅炖制
    • 8.我用的电压力锅,调到“排骨档”,大概20分钟即可。
