粉葛玉米排骨汤
粉葛是我们广东一带喜欢吃的一种食材,最喜欢用粉葛煲汤。在肇庆鼎湖沙浦镇种植的粉葛有淡淡的清香味、纤维少、无渣、口感好,所以深受我们的喜欢。粉葛具有健脾养阴,生津止渴的功效。用粉葛搭配玉米排骨煲汤,汤清甜可口,全家人都喜欢喝。春天人易犯困,而且广东雨水多,潮湿的天气更使人湿气加重,所以要经常喝祛湿汤水。

Steps to make 粉葛玉米排骨汤

  • 1.粉葛去皮切厚片,也有的人喜欢一大块去煲汤,煲好了再切片,说切成片的粉葛,煲好汤后口感不好了。其实只要买到产地好的粉葛,切片煲汤的粉葛口感根本没有变化。
  • 2.胡萝卜刨皮切块,玉米切短小一段,红枣去核,姜去皮。
  • 3.锅里的水烧开后,倒入排骨,煮一下,可以看到水面上浮起一层浮沫,关火,把水倒掉,再用清水洗一洗,这样煲出来的汤才更清甜美味。
  • 4.汤锅里加入粉葛、玉米、胡萝卜、红枣和姜片,倒入水。
  • 5.放入焯过水的排骨。
  • 6.盖上锅盖,大火把水烧开后转小火继续煲1个半小时。
  • 7.最后加盐调味即可。
