煎三文鱼佐青豆酱
买了400克三文鱼,一半吃了刺身,一半煎了吃,特意做了青豆酱来配!

  • 淡奶油15克

  • 砂糖2克
  • 黑胡椒4克

Steps to make 煎三文鱼佐青豆酱

  • 1.买回的三文鱼我喜欢用水冲洗一下
  • 2.用厨房纸巾吸干水份
  • 3.把三文鱼的鱼皮去掉
  • 4.放点2克盐和2克黑胡椒碎腌制一会
  • 5.平底锅里加入少量黄油融化
  • 6.把三文鱼放人锅中煎至两面变色
  • 7.制作青豆酱:取适量青豆放入料理机打成泥,我是加了适量清水一起搅打的
  • 8.倒入小锅中加适量淡奶油、2克盐、2克砂糖和2克黑胡椒碎煮开
  • 9.边加热边搅拌至浓稠
  • 10.出锅装盘即可
