  • 1.芝麻用清水淘洗一遍后放入炒锅,翻炒至芝麻噼里啪啦爆时关火
  • 2.倒在案板上用擀面棍擀压碎
  • 3.掺入少许细盐成芝麻盐
  • 4..菠菜择去坏叶
  • 5.洗净后放入开水锅中焯水,焯水后立刻放入凉开水中过凉粉丝用凉水泡过后也下入焯菠菜的水中,煮开一下捞出。
  • 6.将焯好的菠菜切段,放在小盆里放上粉丝,将捣好的蒜泥倒入
  • 7.舀上2勺芝麻盐,翻拌,尝尝咸淡,再加适量盐调味,最后淋上少许香油就可以了。
