熊猫面包
柔软的面包加上呆萌的熊猫的形象,再加上可可和抹茶的搭配,让面包的味道更绝味无穷。

Steps to make 熊猫面包

  • 1.烫种:开水30克 ,砂糖2.5克,高筋面粉25克,将高筋面粉和砂糖搅拌均加入开水烫成团即可,冷却备用。做法:1.将高筋粉250克,砂糖30克,盐3克,酵母4克,烫种50克,鸡蛋20克,牛奶120克放入面包机,启动一个和面程序
  • 2.和面程序结束后将软化黄油切小颗粒放入面包机桶中,再启动一个和面程序
  • 3.把面团分成250克、170克、60克三个面团,250克加入5克抹茶粉、30克加入2克黑可可粉揉成团,发酵一个程序
  • 4.排气滚圆
  • 5.将可可面团分成5条,一条是6克做鼻子,两条是11克做眼睛,两条是17克做耳朵。原味面团分成3条,分别为22克,53克和95克。抹茶面团分为30克和225克。均用手掌心搓成长与面包桶等长的圆柱状
  • 6.取53克的原味面团,用手掌向下略略压平成面饼状,放上6克的可可面团
  • 7.取22克原味面团,压平后完全覆盖在鼻子上
  • 8.依次把两条分别重11克的可可面团略略压扁,分别放置在鼻子的两端做眼睛
  • 9.把95克的原味面团压扁后完全覆盖住可可面团
  • 10.再依次把2条17克的可可面团放至在面团两端做耳朵
  • 11.取30克的抹茶面团,压成长方形面条状,放置在两个耳朵之间
  • 12.将225克的抹茶面团完全包裹住面团
  • 13.放入面包桶,进行二次发酵,发酵结束后烘焙40分钟即可
