    • 1.首先在做好的米饭里倒入芝麻油和少许盐,轻轻搅拌均匀,勺要竖着像切东西那样搅拌才不会容易捣碎米粒
    • 2.把洗好的菠菜在沸水里汤30秒钟,然后再放进冷水里待用
    • 3.打好鸡蛋,撒入少许盐和胡椒,搅拌均匀待用
    • 4.绞牛肉里倒入酱油,盐,胡椒,砂糖,蒜末后搅拌均匀待用
    • 5.锅里倒入1勺橄榄油,把蛋液倒进去,等到底面熟了翻过来
    • 6.等到两面都熟了出锅,把它切成宽度1厘米左右的条待用
    • 7.把胡萝卜切成小细条,放进锅里翻炒1分钟出锅
    • 8.把腌制好的牛肉放进去翻炒到熟出锅待用
    • 9.金枪鱼里倒入美奶滋,砂糖,盐和胡椒搅拌均匀待用
    • 10.紫菜上先铺好米饭,这时手上先沾一下水,以免米粒粘在手上,把切成一厘米宽度的黄瓜,紫菜包饭用黄萝卜,鸡蛋条,炒好的胡萝卜,牛肉末以及菠菜加上去
    • 11.做金枪鱼紫菜包饭时用步骤9里做出来的金枪鱼来代替牛肉就可以~
