Steps to make 玉米青豆沙拉包

  • 2.两个揉面程序(我的面包机一个揉面程序是10分钟)后,倒入融化的黄油,在进行两个揉面程序,连个程序结束后,面团会出现漂亮的手套膜。
  • 3.选择发面档一个半小时后面团自动发酵结束。
  • 4.发酵好的面团排气,分成四个同样大小的胚子。用手掌压平。
  • 5.用擀面杖轻轻擀平,
  • 6.在饼的表面刷上一层蛋液
  • 7.挤上一层沙拉酱。
  • 8.把切碎的火腿丁、青豆粒、玉米粒轻轻撒在上面。在上面挤上沙拉酱。
  • 9.放入烤箱,在烤盘下放一杯开水,关上烤箱门 ,进行二发。
  • 10.二发好的饼胚
  • 11.大约40分钟后,面包二发成功,180度预热烤箱,把二发好的面包胚放入烤箱中下层,烤12分钟即可。
  • 12.出炉,冷却后装入保鲜袋
