日式盖饭【亲子丼】
“亲子丼”这个“丼”字是念“dong”第四声,在日本是盖饭的意思。刚开始也不明白鸡肉和鸡蛋的组合为什么会叫“亲子”?后来才知道原来鸡肉是“亲”,鸡蛋是“子”就这么简单。在日式盖饭的悠久历史里,这款“亲子丼”堪称始祖,它诞生于明治年间,有100年以上的历史。以前是做成将蛋汁淋在鸡肉上的料理,后来由于鸡蛋价格昂贵,客人们舍不得料理的汤汁,就将米饭拌入汤汁一起食用,后来就慢慢演化成鸡肉蛋汁盖饭,也就是“亲子丼”了。

Steps to make 日式盖饭【亲子丼】

  • 1.“亲子丼”简单滴材料。
  • 2.鸡腿去骨切一口状大,小红葱切薄片,蒜斜切。
  • 3.锅中放下调好的调味料煮滚。
  • 4.放下鸡肉煮滚盖锅盖焖煮几分钟。
  • 5.放下青蒜和小红葱焖煮至肉熟。
  • 6.鸡蛋打撒倒在鸡肉上面(不要搅动)盖锅盖略焖一下,所以我滴蛋比较生,有点水水滴。如喜欢较熟的就多焖它一下下了。
  • 7.把鸡肉连蛋一整片剩起放在白饭上,淋上汁即可。
  • 8.简单易做的“日式盖饭亲子丼”。
