Steps to make 玫瑰土司片--超级爆软淡奶油土司

  • 1..面包机桶中先放入牛奶、淡奶油放入称量好的蛋黄加入高粉,在不同的角落放上糖、盐、酵母。面包机先单选一个“和面”程序。“和面”结束后,加入软化后切碎的黄油,再选一个自动面包程序就行(我选的是和风)烤好的面包,取出晾凉后装袋。
  • 2.面包切3片,留一片完整的,其他两片把边切掉。用擀面杖压平,压出5片圆
  • 3.剩余的剪成叶子,用小刀背压出叶脉。
  • 4.把做好的叶子放土司上,再把5个圆一个压一个摆成一排,然后从一端卷起来
  • 5.在卷好的中间位置切开,两朵玫瑰花就做好了。
  • 6.在叶子上再放上花 ,刷蛋液,200度预热烤箱,15分钟即可
