红薯棒
用蒸熟的红薯压成泥整形,再裹上面包糠油炸做成的红薯棒,外表酥脆 ,内部软糯清甜的,非常好吃。

Steps to make 红薯棒

  • 1.红薯放入适量水蒸熟后去皮碾成泥。
  • 2.红薯泥中加入牛奶、白砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.手沾上面粉,搓成小圆条后均匀地裹上面粉。
  • 4.裹好面粉后裹上鸡蛋液。
  • 5.再裹上厚厚的一层面包糠。
  • 6.锅中倒入适量的油烧6成热。放入红薯棒炸至金黄色即可出炉食用。
  • 7.出锅沥干油,待凉就可以品尝。
