  • 7.取一个水油皮面团按扁,放上油酥面团。
  • 8.完全包入后收口朝下。
  • 9.按扁后擀成牛舌状。
  • 10.由外向内卷起,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 11.取一个面团再次擀开。
  • 12.卷起后再盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 13.取一个面团擀成圆形,放上肉馅。
  • 14.包好后轻轻按扁,均匀排入烤盘,180度烤10分钟,翻面烤10分钟,转190度,再翻面烤6分钟左右至表面微微上色即可。
