坚果仁甜糍粑
糍粑用糯米蒸熟捣烂后所制成的一种食品。糍粑是用熟糯米饭放到石槽里用石锤捣成泥状制作而成,一般此类型的食物都可以叫做糍粑。南方各族小吃,是中国南方一些地区流行的美食。

  • 熟花生仁50克
  • 熟白芝麻30克
  • 玫瑰酱2汤匙
  • 白糖10克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 坚果仁甜糍粑

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.将熟花生仁、芝麻碾碎(不要太碎)加糖搅拌。
  • 3.将一个鸡蛋打入碗里搅开,糍粑切厚片放入鸡蛋液里。
  • 4.平底锅加少许油,将平底锅中的油加热至6成热。
  • 5.将裹了鸡蛋液的糍粑放入平底锅中煎制,煎至糍粑膨胀、两面金黄即可。
  • 6.另起锅将花生碎,芝麻碎放入锅中加糖,小火炒制。
  • 7.加入玫瑰酱加水。
  • 8.小火熬制汁粘稠浇在煎好的糍粑上即可。
