香蕉烤吐司
我今天分享的香蕉烤吐司是吧吐司面包片和香蕉搭配在一起,要做出外表焦脆的口感还必须借助黄油,粗粒砂糖不仅能让吐司片看起来更好看之外,也会增加一点甜度和吃起来有莎莎的口感,总之,这样烤出的吐司外焦里软,还带着香蕉的香甜,2岁的娃娃一次自己就能吃一整片的。

Steps to make 香蕉烤吐司

  • 1.来做准备工作,将香蕉切成厚度约2毫米的薄片,我觉得切成椭圆形更好看。
  • 2.准备蛋液和黄油,黄油提前隔热水融化备用。
  • 3.将吐司片摆入烤盘,在表面均匀的刷一层蛋液。
  • 4.把切好的香蕉片均匀摆放在吐司片上,把融化的黄油刷在表面,尤其是面包的部分,一定要刷到,这样吃起来才更酥脆。
  • 5.准备粗粒砂糖,撒在表面,就可以入炉烘烤了。
  • 6.烤箱中层,上下火180度,烤20分钟,到边缘焦黄上色就可以出炉了。
  • 7.吃起来咔嚓咔嚓的,很酥很香甜,孩子特别喜欢。
