香辣炸鸡

Steps to make 香辣炸鸡

  • 1. 用叉子(或者牙签)将每个鸡翅和鸡翅根都扎上几个小孔;
  • 2. 放入适量的盐、辣椒粉、姜末和蒜末;
  • 3. 倒入适量的料酒和海鲜酱;
  • 4. 将其拌均匀后放入保鲜袋中,再放入冰箱中冷藏一、两个小时腌制入味;
  • 5. 准备好面粉、淀粉、糯米粉、泡打粉和鸡蛋;
  • 6. 将它们放入碗中,再加入少许盐和五香粉;
