冬天来了,特别想做些腌菜,又不会,昨天去妈妈家看到嫂子做这个,味道很不错,又容易保存,今天就试试。

    Steps to make 辣酱豆

    • 1.干黄豆用温水泡上,我是头天晚上泡上的第二天早上就可以了。
    • 2.泡了一夜的水干黄豆都喝成了大胖子,捞出把水控干。
    • 3.黄豆控水的同时,把买来的线椒洗洗也控控水,辣椒把不要掰掉,切的时候再掰免得里面进水,姜块扒皮。
    • 4.吃过早餐洗的辣椒到中午吃过午饭就可以切了,辣椒掰掉把,从中间刨两半,剁成辣椒丁。姜块切成末。
    • 5.炒锅放入油,油的量要超过黄豆两公分的高度为好。油烧热把控好水的黄豆放入油炸。
    • 6.炸到黄豆皮起皱,有个别黄豆浮起为好,把姜末放入。
    • 7.姜末放入后,把辣椒也放入,放入辣椒时会比较呛口。
    • 8.辣椒炒到有个别辣椒只剩皮的时候就可以啦,放入盐,五香粉,白糖,盐要比平时做饭咸些为好,咸些比较耐保存。
    • 9.五香粉放入后,两分钟左右放入白酒,什么白酒都可以,我放入了有一次性杯子大半杯。随后在炒四五分钟就ok了。
    • 10.凉后放入保鲜盒,或者玻璃瓶里就可以啦。
