什锦烧卖~~~~宝宝的专属烧卖
女儿喜欢吃糯米类的东西,但是这些吃多了不好消化,像粽子汤圆这些全糯米的东西,每次我都只给她一点,然后她没吃够就会继续要,又心疼又担心。前几天经过楼下早餐店,见店员在包烧卖,凑过头去看了看,里面包的全是糯米,而且酱油特别重,于是有了自己包的想法,我在里面放了青豆,胡萝卜,香菇,肉末,这样减少了糯米的量,又增加了营养,宝宝多吃两个也无妨。

    • 1.糯米洗净,用清水浸一夜。
    • 2.沥出糯米放蒸笼蒸熟。
    • 3.蒸熟的糯米饭用筷子拨散,放一旁凉一会。
    • 4.青豆放锅里煮熟,胡萝卜香菇切丁(忘拍了)。
    • 5.肉糜里加盐、生抽、蚝油、葱、姜、蛋清朝一个方向搅打上劲。
    • 6.锅里油七成热炒熟肉糜。
    • 7.依次加入胡萝卜和香菇翻炒一会。
    • 8.加入糯米饭翻炒均匀。
    • 9.加入青豆。
    • 10.调入盐和生抽。
    • 11.盛出备用。
    • 12.买来的饺子皮再擀簿一点。
    • 13.舀一勺糯米饭放在中央。
    • 14.用右手把四周的皮稍微提起,左手的虎口收拢来,轻轻一挤就OK了,下面的手指把烧卖的身子捏紧一点。
    • 15.依次做好,放蒸笼蒸15分钟左右。
    • 16.成品。
