核桃仁酸奶纸杯蛋糕
烘焙是个甜蜜的坑!虽不喜欢吃甜食,可最近一直在做,还变着花样做。这次做的酸奶蛋糕,尝试了纸杯,食材添加了核桃仁。这个我是第一次,没有经验,只有体会:核桃仁好像受潮了似的,所以口感不满意。然就冲其漂亮,还是上一下菜谱吧。口感偏湿润清甜。方子原来酸奶是200克,可是就只有180克了。

  • 橄榄油45g
  • 白醋几滴
  • 玉米淀粉35g
  • 酸奶180g
  • 绵白糖65g
  • 朗姆酒几滴

Steps to make 核桃仁酸奶纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.食材图,朗姆酒忘拍了。
  • 2.纸杯准备好
  • 3.低筋粉和玉米淀粉入保鲜袋里抖匀备用
  • 4.鸡蛋分离蛋黄和蛋清
  • 5.蛋黄加入牛奶打匀后加入橄榄油
  • 6.打匀后筛入粉,分两次
  • 7.划匀即可,不用划圈就拌
  • 8.蛋清加几滴白醋和朗姆酒用厨师机3档打发
  • 9.蛋清一直打成抬起机头有小尖角
  • 10.将三分之一的蛋白泡加到蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀(此时烤箱预热160度)
  • 11.再将整碗蛋黄糊倒进剩下的三分之二的蛋白泡里面,切拌均匀,不可划圈
  • 12.拌好的蛋糕糊倒入纸杯中,八九分满(共11杯)
  • 13.再撒上小核桃仁
  • 14.小心放入烤网上,小心入烤箱中下层,下层烤盘放水(纸杯需要这样吗?有待学习,),170度,上下火,25分钟
