  • 腊肠1.5根
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 广东菜心5棵
  • 大米250克
  • 六月鲜酱油4勺
  • 砂糖1勺
  • 香油1勺
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 黄油8克
  • 黑胡椒碎少许
  • 少许

Steps to make 鹅肝腊肠煲仔饭

  • 1.大米清洗干净加水煮饭
  • 2.广东菜芯加点盐焯水
  • 3.腊肠切成薄片
  • 4.等米饭煮到水快收干时,放入腊肠
  • 5.鹅肝提前放入清酒里浸泡一会,最好用白兰地
  • 6.鹅肝从清酒里捞出后裹上一层薄薄的生粉
  • 7.平底锅里家少许黄油放入鹅肝煎至2面金黄色后撒上黑胡椒碎
  • 8.捞出用厨房纸巾吸油
  • 9.把煎好的鹅肝放在米饭上,再加入一个鸡蛋,继续用小火焖煮
  • 10.调一个浇汁:取一小碗加入六月鲜酱油4勺、蚝油2勺、砂糖1勺、香油1勺和适量的开水调匀
  • 11.最后放入广东菜芯
  • 12.淋上浇汁即可
  • 13.吃的时候一定要把鹅肝和鸡蛋都拌匀,味道太销魂啦
