  • 1.黄油室温软化后加入糖粉
  • 2.进行打发,使黄油糖粉完全融合后分两次加入蛋清
  • 3.继续打发蛋清与黄油完全融合,打发至体积蓬松发白
  • 4.加入极少量的红曲粉进行稍加着色
  • 5.搅打均匀成浅粉色,加入面粉后颜色会稍加深一点点
  • 6.筛入低粉
  • 7.用刮刀翻拌均匀,注意不要过度搅拌
  • 8.面糊装入套有樱花裱花嘴的裱花袋,剪去裱花袋裱花口
  • 9.挤入烤盘
  • 10.全部挤好
  • 11.开启烤箱语音菜单模式“8”语音提示:“曲奇饼干,上火170度、下火150度,预热开始”
  • 12.预热结束,语音提示“请放入食材”
  • 13.启动烘烤模式,注意观察颜色自行缩短烘烤时间
  • 14.烘烤结束出炉(只需烤10分钟即可,樱花饼干较小)少女粉嫩色~
