酸梅戚风蛋糕
上个蛋糕才做了没两天,猫妈又做起蛋糕了,反正多练练手,这样便于记得更牢,也能了解更多的不足,总之是越做越带劲,既解决了早餐,又熟练了做法,挺不错的~

  • 鸡蛋5只
  • 色拉油80克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 酸梅酱80克
  • 白砂糖100克
  • 2克
  • 3滴

Steps to make 酸梅戚风蛋糕

  • 1.把需要用到的所有材料都称量好
  • 2.鸡蛋分开蛋黄、蛋清
  • 3.往蛋黄液里加入牛奶、酸梅酱、色拉油、白砂糖、盐拌匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉搅匀备用
  • 5.蛋清搅散,然后加入20克白糖
  • 6.三滴白醋
  • 7.蛋白的泡沫细腻一点后,加入30克白糖
  • 8.蛋白的泡沫再细腻一点后,把最后一点白糖全部加入
  • 9.打至坚挺,蛋白液挂在打蛋器上是直挺的,就可以了
  • 10.取一半的蛋白液加入蛋黄液中
  • 11.搅匀后把它又倒回先前剩下的另一半蛋白液中,继续用切拌的方式搅拌均匀
  • 12.倒入电饭煲内,震出气泡
  • 13.按正常煮饭键制作蛋糕,等电饭煲自己跳闸后,就可以取出内胆,倒扣摊凉了
  • 14.蛋糕取出倒扣晾凉
