Steps to make 宫保豆腐

  • 1.葱白10克切段,姜5克切丝,蒜三辨切片。
  • 2.将盐.糖、酱油、醋、鸡精、淀粉加清水5匙混匀。
  • 3.豆腐切小块约二公分左右,用盐开水泡十五分钟后捞出沥水。
  • 4.锅内油热六成时放入豆腐,炸至变黄捞出沥油备用。
  • 5.放油.花椒,油热后花椒变深色时捞出,放姜蒜爆香,放辣豆醬炒出红油,放葱段加清水一勺,下青豆煮三分钟,放红椒粒翻炒。
  • 6.放炸好的豆腐翻炒后倒入调好的酱汁,继续翻炒至汁浓,关火。
