自制豆沙蛋黄月饼
做月饼还是头两年的事了,好久不做都生疏了,还好法焙客烘焙器具给了我在做月饼的机会,法焙客立体花水晶模具很棒,花型很漂亮,但我的技术有点汗颜,但是回油相当的快,吃到嘴里自然的味道,这才是自己制作的味道,DIY的魅力就是在吃到嘴里体现的淋漓尽致。在此十分感谢法焙客冰杯器具和阳阳灿烂哦。。

  • 面粉250克
  • 转化糖浆165
  • 花生油75
  • 奶粉15克
  • 碱水3克

Steps to make 自制豆沙蛋黄月饼

  • 1.所有材料称重,把花生油和转化糖浆 一起加入到容器中。
  • 2.加入2克碱水用打蛋器抽匀。
  • 3.把面粉,奶粉混合,筛入到混合液中,用铲子拌匀。
  • 4.用手捏成团,松弛1个小时。
  • 5.把蛋黄包入到豆沙馅中,蛋黄要喷酒烤5分钟去腥。
  • 6.馅制作好了。
  • 7.把面团拿出,分成大小一致的小剂子。
  • 8.按成薄皮。
  • 9.包入豆沙蛋黄馅。
  • 10.收口,团成圆球。
  • 11.水晶模具放面粉摇匀,以防止粘连。
  • 12.把包好的圆球放入,按实。
  • 13.压出就OK了。
  • 14.看看月饼就做好了。
  • 15.烤箱200度预热5分钟,改成180度烤五分钟拿出刷蛋液,再烤15分钟即可出炉哦,我这个喷水了,花纹消了好多。
  • 16.自己做的虽不是那么完美,配上一杯绿茶也很不错的哦。。
