重阳节 桂花糕

  • 糯米粉160g
  • 澄面75g
  • 橄榄油40g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 清水200g
  • 糖桂花3勺

Steps to make 重阳节 桂花糕

  • 1.准备好所有食材,我用的橄榄油,不太喜欢味道重的。
  • 2.白砂糖加入水中。
  • 3.将白砂糖搅拌融化。
  • 4.加入澄面和糯米粉,最好过筛。
  • 5.加入橄榄油。搅拌均匀,制作面糊。
  • 6.将容器刷油,方便脱模。
  • 7.倒入面糊(这步也可以过滤一下,制作出来的更细腻)
  • 8.静置半小时左右。
  • 9.蒸锅隔水蒸30分钟。
  • 10.蒸好后,晾凉;放入冰箱冷藏1小时,拿出后很方便脱模。切成方块或者菱形块。
  • 11.表面淋上糖桂花就完成了。
