Steps to make 腌紫萝卜

  • 1.紫萝卜洗净。
  • 2.去皮切粗丝。
  • 3.把萝卜丝放入大碗里,放2茶匙盐拌匀,腌30分钟-1个小时,杀出水份。
  • 4.寿司醋放入小锅。(这醋没普通醋酸。)
  • 5.放糖和水煮开。(糖按自家的甜酸度酌情放。)
  • 6.放凉再用。
  • 7.萝卜腌了1个小时,出了很多水。
  • 8.把萝卜尽量挤干水。(萝卜不咸,不需要过水。)
  • 9.把放凉的糖醋水倒入萝卜里,拌匀,腌2小时以上。(放冰箱可以2-3天,尽快趁新鲜吃完。盛萝卜的容器最好是玻璃或瓷器。)
  • 10.酸甜开胃,非常爽脆。
  • 11.喜欢这颜色。
