Steps to make 菠菜花卷

  • 1.新鲜菠菜,去掉根部,洗干净。
  • 2.锅内烧开水,把干净的菠菜放进去烫个几十秒。
  • 3.把菠菜和少许牛奶一起放入破壁机打成泥。
  • 4.将面粉加入菠菜泥,加入提前用少许温水融化的酵母粉,大概一斤面粉放8到10克的酵母粉。
  • 5.用菠菜泥揉成绿色面团,用纯牛奶,白砂糖,酵母粉和面粉揉成白色面团。盖上保鲜膜,在温暖的环境里发酵。
  • 6.待面团发酵至两倍大,翻开里面有细密的孔洞。
  • 7.两个颜色的面团分别取出来,撒一些干面粉到台面上,多多的揉搓面团。
  • 8.直到两个面团都变得光滑圆润。
  • 9.将白色面团擀成薄片状,表面滴点植物油,抹匀。
  • 10.将绿色面团也擀平,叠在白色面团上。
  • 11.卷起来。
  • 12.用刀子切成段,再次发酵半个小时。
  • 13.冷水入锅,大火蒸10分钟左右,然后关火焖一分钟再打开盖子。
