粤式新年早茶,广式鲜虾萝卜糕

  • 姜粉1克

Steps to make 粤式新年早茶,广式鲜虾萝卜糕

  • 1.准备食材:粘米粉、萝卜、腊肠、虾、香菇、香葱等;
  • 2.虾解冻,洗净、沥干水;
  • 3.萝卜去皮,搓成丝,放盐腌制10分钟;
  • 4.腊肠、香菇、葱白分别洗净切丁;250克的粘米粉,加入500克的清水拌均成米浆;
  • 5.250克的粘米粉,加入500克的清水拌均成米浆;
  • 6.热锅,倒油,把鲜虾倒入锅中、加姜粉、盐、生抽煸香;
  • 7.加入腊肠、香菇、葱白继续翻炒;
  • 8.再把腌制好萝卜,去盐水,捞出放入锅中翻炒;
  • 9.加入盐、生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀;
  • 10.把炒的食材一起放入步骤5调好的米浆中,拌均成浆糊;
  • 11.倒入方形容器,可以是长方形或正方形,不建议用原型哦;PS:容器可以保鲜膜垫或刷一层油,这样不粘容器。
  • 12.清水煮沸,隔水放入蒸锅蒸熟,约15分钟;PS:根据火的大小还有装的容器大小确定是否熟。
  • 13.蒸好的萝卜糕,取出放凉;
  • 14.放凉等等萝卜糕切厚片,即可吃了;PS:也可以煎着吃。
  • 15.平底锅热锅,倒入适量的油,放入切好的萝卜糕;
  • 16.小火煎至微黄,再反转另外一面继续煎至微黄即可。
