Steps to make 手绘蛋糕卷

  • 1.描边食材中除了抹茶粉与朱古力色素之外放一起搅匀,烘焙纸下面垫上图案,先描出郁金香的边。
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离,蛋黄中加10g白糖搅匀,再加水,玉米油搅匀,加低粉拌匀。
  • 3.蛋清分三次加糖,打发至呈小弯钩状。
  • 4.蛋清先把1/3倒入蛋黄中切拌,最后全部倒入翻拌匀。
  • 5.盛出2大勺放2个小碗中,分别兑抹茶粉与黄食用色素拌匀。
  • 6.填充上颜色。
  • 7.放入烤箱120℃烤2分钟拿出。
  • 8.蛋糕糊倒入图案上,震下气泡,130℃烤15分钟,135℃烤20分钟,慢慢上色。
  • 9.倒扣,卷起。
  • 10.成品。
