奶油蘑菇浓汤
常见的浓汤需要用黄油将面粉炒成糊状加入汤中才能呈现浓稠的感觉,我觉得热量太高了,所以我用山药代替了黄油面糊,用牛奶代替淡奶油,只需少许黄油也能做出奶油蘑菇浓汤。好喝不怕胖。

  • 黄油10克

Steps to make 奶油蘑菇浓汤

  • 1.山药去皮,洗净,放入锅中蒸熟。
  • 2.将山药放入料理机中,根据自己喜欢的浓稠度加入适量纯牛奶,打成细腻的糊。
  • 3.蘑菇去蒂洗净,切片。
  • 4.洋葱洗净,切碎。
  • 5.锅中放入10克黄油融化。
  • 6.放入洋葱碎炒香。
  • 7.加入蘑菇翻炒。
  • 8.蘑菇炒熟后,加入山药糊,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.开锅后,加入盐和黑胡椒粉调味。
  • 10.吐司片切丁,放入烤箱中,中层,上下火150度,烤5分钟左右。
  • 11.将蘑菇浓汤盛入碗中,放上几粒面包丁即可。
