多福有余咸味汤圆
正月十五吃元宵,传统的民俗节日。也是一个欢乐团聚的日子。推荐一款适合高糖人吃的咸味汤圆。馅料是用冻豆腐做的,也许有人说这汤圆属于比较奇葩的。其实也是很正常的,因为家人高血糖不能吃甜味的馅料的汤圆,把爱放在最前面,咸味汤圆必须要吃起来。市面上没有适合的汤圆,自己做起来。并且寓意很棒!用豆腐做馅料,外形做的是鱼。多福有余汤圆。好吉祥如意的名字!

Steps to make 多福有余咸味汤圆

  • 1.南瓜切碎了大火蒸15分钟蒸熟为主。
  • 2.南瓜需要按压成泥,如果用料理机打成糊状也是不错的,在南瓜泥里边加入糯米粉,搅拌无干粉揉揉和成面团。
  • 3.用几个面胚就拿几个面胚,其余的还是要保湿,用保鲜膜包好。
  • 4.准备好做汤圆的馅料了。冻豆腐先挤出水分,用猪油生抽料酒盐炒一下,放冰箱冷冻一下,猪油凝固了馅料就比较容易包汤圆。
  • 5.我们先来包一个金鱼。拿个面胚用手按压成为小饼状,不同的是四边要薄一些,这样包馅料捏合时候更方便了。放馅料的时候要压实一点,馅料经过冷冻已经凝固了。看图说话包金鱼的步骤。面皮先中间折起,在把二边面皮折起来。
  • 6.捏饺子一样的手法把金鱼背部捏起来。
  • 7.金鱼身上抹点红曲粉给金鱼妆扮一下,鱼的眼睛用筷子按个圆,红曲粉和点面捏个眼睛装上。
  • 8.金鱼的形状基本都做好了。来做金鱼的尾巴,用刀子或者叉子按压一下,可以随意做。
  • 9.用手把尾巴捏在一起,漂亮的金鱼就做好了。
  • 10.开水下锅煮5分钟,馅料是熟的,面皮熟了就可以了。
