清蒸藕盒
蒸藕盒是家乡菜,也叫夹藕。大小宴会、节日美味菜。
莲藕,秋夏好蔬菜,含铁和大量的维生素C食物纤维,熟藕补心生血、养胃滋阴、健脾益气、滋养强壮的食补佳品。
食材:500克、里脊肉250克、

配料:鸡蛋1只、姜5克、葱5克、生抽2茶匙、盐1小匙、香醋少许、玉米淀粉1茶匙、清水2汤匙、食用油少许。

Steps to make 清蒸藕盒

  • 1.食材。
  • 2.把里脊肉剁成末。
  • 3.加入姜末、葱末、鸡蛋、生抽、盐、淀粉、清水,香醋数滴,顺时搅打均匀。
  • 4.藕去皮,切盒子,切一刀,不断,二刀切断,如此反复。
  • 5.取一大碗,抹油。
  • 6.把藕盒撑开,放入适量肉糊,盒起来即是藕盒。
  • 7.边做,边码在碗里。
  • 8.依次做好的藕盒。给碗加盖或封住,上蒸锅。
  • 9.蒸约50分钟取出。
  • 10.小心用碟子倒扣过来即可。
