蒜香鸡翅

Steps to make 蒜香鸡翅

  • 1.将中翅洗净后,用刀在表皮上割几个口子,以便入味;
  • 2.鸡翅放入碗中,加入生抽、老抽和料酒,抓匀,放冰箱冷藏2个小时;
  • 3.将一整个蒜头去皮,切成蒜末,备用;
  • 4.锅中倒入油,油最好比平常多一倍,将鸡翅放入煎;
  • 5.将鸡翅两面煎至表皮起酥皮,鸡翅盛出;
  • 6.锅里留少许油,把蒜末倒入,小火炸出香味;
  • 7.将鸡翅再倒进去,腌制的酱汁、糖、以及加入少许水、剪碎的干红辣椒都倒进去,盖上盖子小火焖至收汁;
  • 8.最后撒入少许葱花即可。
