    Steps to make 金针肥牛

    • 1.青红辣椒切丝,切葱花,蒜末,姜末。
    • 2.肥牛洗净,粉丝温水泡发。
    • 3.西兰花切小朵,金针菇去老根,洋葱切丝。
    • 4.锅里水烧开,加少许盐,将西兰花煮熟后捞起备用。
    • 5.再将金针菇烫熟后。
    • 6.捞起铺在盘底。
    • 7.锅里放油,爆香葱花,姜末,一部分蒜末。
    • 8.加1碗水,放入蚝油,白糖,生抽,老抽煮开。
    • 9.先放入粉丝,再放入肥牛。
    • 10.等肥牛发白时淋点醋。
    • 11.放青红辣椒,洋葱丝。
    • 12.翻炒一下,放盐,洒上剩余蒜末后盛出(图6)。
    • 13.盛出后倒在金针菇上面,西兰花装饰一下即可上桌。
