榴莲千层蛋糕
跟家里那位都是很喜欢吃榴莲的,大夏天买多了吃不完就做成千层,冰起来更好吃~~

  • 榴莲果肉两到三块
  • 低筋面粉120g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄油20g
  • 纯牛奶300ml
  • 打好的奶油200g

Steps to make 榴莲千层蛋糕

  • 1.两个鸡蛋加入一小勺糖粉打至融合,再300ml牛奶,20g用温水隔碗融化好的黄油,充分搅拌融合
  • 2.用滤网慢慢分几次筛入共120g低筋面粉,边放边用打蛋器搅拌,等全部混合起来后从新用筛子过滤一遍,然后放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右使其更为粘稠
  • 3.等待的过程中,把榴莲肉用勺子碾碎
  • 4.取平底锅,小火不放油,放入刚好铺满锅底一层的面浆,煎到中间有气泡鼓起就可以取出
  • 5.做好的饼皮每两片中间可以用保鲜膜隔开避免粘连,放凉
  • 6.奶油和榴莲果肉充分混合起来,还可以另外准备一些芒果丁,看个人口味
  • 7.最底下放一层饼皮,然后涂抹一层奶油,可以看口味加入一点芒果丁,再铺上一层饼皮,直到铺完最后一层,放进冰箱冷藏三四个小时,再拿出来切块
  • 8.切块就可以吃啦!
