最近新鲜芦笋大量上市,价钱也比平常便宜多了,原来一几条小扎需要约人民币差不多18元左右吧,现在才10元人民币左右,便宜了差不多一半!我每次买都会买五扎。早上用一扎来煮汤粉汤面是很好的选择,清爽健康。今天换个口味,用江瑶柱皮蛋做上汤配上两扎芦笋,不但卖相好而且还非常鲜美清爽好吃!

Steps to make 江瑶柱皮蛋上汤芦笋

  • 1.准备食材:芦笋、江瑶柱、皮蛋、姜。
  • 2.江瑶柱清水浸泡至软沥干水分、皮蛋去壳切小粒、姜切丝、芦笋洗后去掉根部老的表皮。
  • 3.烧开水放入芦笋煮至断生。
  • 4.捞起沥干水分盛入盘子内备用。
  • 5.烧热锅倒放少许橄榄油,先爆姜丝再放入江瑶柱略炒。
  • 6.然后倒入适量开水盖上锅盖大火煮沸转小火。
  • 7.煮至江瑶柱软烂呈现奶白色。
  • 8.加入切好的皮蛋,调入少许喜马拉雅盐、胡椒粉以及芝麻油、
  • 9.上汤变浓稠后勾少许生粉芡,熄火,将上汤淋到芦笋上即可。
