Steps to make 肉夹馍

  • 1.做白馍的材料一起放入面包桶中。
  • 2.启动一个和面程序15分钟。揉成光滑的面团。取出来分成六等份,盖上保鲜膜,松弛一会儿。
  • 3.做馅料的材料,五花肉洗干净,切成小丁。(五花肉要半肥瘦的最好)
  • 4.五花肉洗干净切成小丁,香菇洗干净切成丁,辣椒葱姜蒜切末。
  • 5.锅洗净烧热,放入少许食用油烧至六成热,放入五花肉迅速滑散开来。
  • 6.翻炒至肉微微发黄,倒入一勺料酒。
  • 7.放入辣椒,花椒葱姜蒜炒出香味。
  • 8.放入香菇翻炒均匀。
  • 9.放入一勺酱油,和一小勺白糖炒均匀。
  • 10.放入一小半碗的清水,盖上锅盖中火煮几分钟。
  • 11.调入一小勺盐和鸡精调味,收干汁即可。
  • 12.醒发好的面片儿擀成圆饼。
  • 13.平底锅擦干水分烧热,放入擀好的饼,小火煎至两面金黄即可。
  • 14.全部煎好,用刀从边缘割开割一半就好。
  • 15.填入馅料即可食用。
  • 16.特别香!
