这一份彩色汤圆我觉得是很佛系了
元宵节赏灯看烟花,吃汤圆。我记得很小的时候,假期还是放到元宵节以后,到了晚上,可以聚到江边看烟花,那个时候还没有因为大气污染而禁放烟花。如今我能做到的大概只剩下吃一碗汤圆了。芝麻汤圆咬下一口就会流出芝麻馅,甜香软糯,但是因为太甜了,很容易腻。今年的汤圆我换成了豆沙馅,味道比较淡,甜的刚好。很淡的粉色,很淡的黄色,很档的绿色,是很佛系了。

  • 南瓜粉5g
  • 竹炭粉1g
  • 草莓粉3g

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.糯米粉平均分成5粉,分别和其他粉混合
  • 3.加入温水搅拌均匀
  • 4.揉成面团
  • 5.面团取一小块煮熟
  • 6.取出之后和生的面团混合均匀
  • 7.取出小块,揉成球状,压扁,包入豆沙馅,再揉成球状
  • 8.锅里水烧开,放入汤圆
  • 9.全部变大浮在水面上就可以取出到碗里,倒入汤
  • 10.撒上糖桂花点缀
