Steps to make 红茶玻璃糖饼干

  • 1.准备材料,水果糖稍微弄碎一点
  • 2.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖、盐,用打蛋器打至膨松
  • 3.分两次加入鸡蛋,继续用打蛋器打发,使鸡蛋和黄油完全融合,成为膨松轻盈的状态
  • 4.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合筛入黄油里
  • 5.橡皮刮刀翻拌,使面粉和黄油混合,再加入红茶粉
  • 6.用手揉成柔软的面团,将面团用擀面杖擀开成0.3cm的薄片,用饼干模具刻出饼干图形
  • 7.用小一号的模具按压在饼干中间,在饼干面团中间放上两三块切碎的水果硬糖【提示:可乐口味的糖果挺好吃的,糖果不宜多,多了就硬,适合的分量就是脆的口感】
  • 8.烤箱180度烤10分钟左右即可(也可以先把饼干用180度10分钟烤熟,再放上碎糖果100度直至融化,比较没有气泡)
