双色蛋糕卷
因为可以打发的奶油都已经用完咯~所以决定在蛋糕卷上用果酱代替~酸酸甜甜就是我~挺喜欢这种蛋糕的口感,两种口味,双重感受!

  • 牛奶50g
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 60g
  • 1/4勺
  • 可可粉10g

Steps to make 双色蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备好材料,蛋黄蛋白要分离
  • 2.在蛋黄中加入20g糖,打均匀,然后分3次加入油,再拌匀
  • 3.加牛奶,拌匀
  • 4.然后加入低粉和盐
  • 5.把泡泡打掉,搅拌成无颗粒状的面糊
  • 6.把40g糖依次加入蛋白进行打发,打发至无法流出接近硬性发泡
  • 7.混合蛋黄、蛋白糊,分成两份(建议在蛋黄中放入1/3蛋白糊拌均匀再把蛋白糊完全倒入),其中一份倒入可可粉,搅匀
  • 8.用裱花袋装着,斜纹状间隔挤在有油纸的烤盘中。
  • 9.放进烤箱,预热160度,然后放中层20分钟左右
  • 10.取出倒扣,取下油纸,在烤架上铺上油纸,翻面,涂些果酱
  • 11.等蛋糕温热时借助擀面杖卷起,放冰箱10分钟左右,拿出来,切片。
