生煎酸菜肉包,这是仿冒咱家楼下卖酸菜包子那小店的作品,但他们没放五花肉,有点寡,但人家才卖5毛一个呀,我做的这个起码、怎么样都要一块五一个吧,但儿子他爹说馅太少了。
酸菜用的是专做酸菜鱼那种调好味的酸菜,杂货店里就有卖的了。

  • 1.把材料倒放在面包机里
  • 2.拌成光滑面团
  • 3.发酵2.5倍大
  • 4.启动面包机排出面团的气体,静置30分钟
  • 5.取出面团揉圆
  • 6.分割4等份
  • 7.酸菜馅是利用做面团的时间把配料中东西炒熟待用
  • 8.取一面团擀圆片
  • 9.放上适量的酸菜肉馅
  • 10.包好馅料
  • 11.收口向下,把包子稍压扁,静置10分钟
  • 12.热锅,下小许油,把包子坯放在锅中
  • 13.在包子上面涂点油
  • 14.加小许的水
  • 15.盖上盖子小火煎焗
  • 16.待酸菜肉包煎至两面金黄色即可
