传统日本寿司,绝对经典
有一点点小麻烦~但热爱美食的人怎么能畏惧呢?工具也有一点小多,但我想一般爱吃寿司的人家里都应该有吧~!没有的话也很好买的,大型卖场和厨具馆都有出售的,实在不行淘宝一下拉~味道真的很赞很赞的~!

Steps to make 传统日本寿司,绝对经典

  • 1.第一个当然是一碗米,现用的是糯米,淘干净以后在水里泡一个晚上。。。 还需要准备肉松少许,蟹肉棒2根,黄瓜1段,鸡蛋1个,寿司用海苔,橄榄油,寿司醋,果糖糖浆,色拉酱 ,竹帘。
  • 2.先做鸡蛋 ,敲一个鸡蛋,在里面放一点盐,一点糖。..然后搅成蛋液。
  • 3.3在锅里放一点点的橄榄油。
  • 4.倒一半的蛋液进去,摊成蛋皮。
  • 5.然后卷起来,再倒入剩下的蛋液。
  • 6.再卷起来,就变成了蛋条。
  • 7.7.接着把黄瓜去皮,切成条蛋条也一切二
  • 8.在碗里放一点寿司醋,不过现在这个醋是台湾产的里面没有甜味道 所以再自己加一点糖浆,一点点就可以了。
  • 9.把蒸好的米饭倒在一个大一点的碗里面,倒进醋,用勺子拌匀。
  • 10.等米饭晾了以后,在竹帘上放一张海苔,把米饭均匀的铺在上面。
  • 11.在米饭上加一点色拉酱,铺上肉松。
  • 12.再逐一铺上黄瓜条,蛋条和挤干水的蟹肉棒。
  • 13.用竹帘把东西都卷起来,压实。
  • 14.最后用刀把寿司卷切好就可以啦, 好看又爽口呀。
