全麦纸杯小面包
之所谓全麦面粉,也就是完全保留了小麦的麸皮和麦胚打磨出来的面粉,所以能看到很多麦麸的小粒,质地也比较粗糙,但它含有丰富的粗纤维、维生素E、B族维生素以及锌、钾等矿物质。因此,使用全麦面粉制作出来的面包,营养价值要高于普通的白面包,而且还有淡淡的麦香味。

  • 酵母3g
  • 玉米油12g
  • 2g
  • 绵白糖35g
  • 鸡蛋液30g
  • 牛奶60g
  • 55g

Steps to make 全麦纸杯小面包

  • 1.除酵母外,将其它所有食材都倒入面包桶内
  • 2.面包机运行到醒面状态时投入酵母粉,待再次搅拌完成后取出面团(这一步也可以按照自己习惯操作过程来做)
  • 3.将面团分成8份,每份约55g
  • 4.滚圆后放入纸杯中
  • 5.依次做完,放入烤箱进行发酵
  • 6.发至原来两倍后取出,均匀撒上面粉
  • 7.再用剪刀在每个面包坯上剪个十字口
  • 8.烤箱上下管160度预热,放置于烤箱下层烤制20分钟左右即可(如果上色过早可加盖锡纸)
  • 9.出炉后最好放置2小时以后再食用!
