Steps to make Coco Qi Feng Gu Gu Huo Fu Cake (7 inches)
- 1. Separate the egg whites and yolks, and mix the yolks in milk
- 2. Add corn oil and stir until there are no oil particles
- 3.3 Sieve in low flour, starch, and cocoa powder
- 4. Stir in a Z-shaped shape with beaten eggs until there are no powder particles
- 5. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice to the egg white
- 6. Add sugar (salt added together) in three parts and stir at medium speed until there are wrinkles. Change to low speed and stir until the egg beater is lifted to a sharp angle, then stop stirring immediately
- 7. Add one-third of the protein paste to the egg yolk paste, flip the board evenly, and do not draw circles from 1 to 7 o'clock
