葱花千层饼
从超市买了2根大葱,上面带了点绿色的叶子,便摘下来切碎,做葱花饼。

Steps to make 葱花千层饼

  • 1.准备面粉。
  • 2.慢慢的倒入温水,用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.再用手和成软一些的面团,要多揉一会,再加入摔打的动作,将面团揉的光滑,有筋性,放在面盆中醒20分钟左右。
  • 4.面团分为3份,取一份擀成圆形的大薄片,表面刷上油,撒上盐和切碎的葱花。
  • 5.用刀将面片分成如图所示的7份。
  • 6.其中6份叠加在一起,留1片大的将面团包裹住,收紧封口,整理成圆形。
  • 7.用手掌稍微压扁,再醒几分钟。
  • 8.然后擀成圆形的大饼。
  • 9.锅中可以不用倒油,直接烙,烙制两面金黄即可出锅。
  • 10.将葱花饼拍松一些,里面的层就出来了。葱花千层饼好吃的挺不下嘴。
