不用烤箱做甜点----澎湖黑糖糕
澎湖黑糖糕是一种以黑糖、糯米粉、面粉为主要原料的台湾特色糕。是黑糖风味中最经典的蛋糕,自己做既方便又容易。

  • 玉米粉1小匙
  • 泡打粉2小匙
  • 小苏打1/4小匙
  • 玉米油40克
  • 熟白芝麻5克

Steps to make 不用烤箱做甜点----澎湖黑糖糕

  • 1.红糖加入水,用打蛋器搅至红糖溶化。(可先将水加热后再加入红糖,即可快速将红糖溶化,但需完全降温后再加入第二步的粉料。)
  • 2.筛入米粉、低粉、玉米粉、泡打粉、小苏打的混合物。
  • 3.用打蛋器以不规则方向搅匀,然后加入玉米油。
  • 4.轻轻地搅拌呈均匀的面糊。
  • 5.盖上保鲜盖室温下静置20分钟左右。
  • 6.模具内铺上蛋糕纸,用刮刀将面糊刮入,并在表面撒上熟白芝麻
  • 7.放入沸腾的蒸锅内,用中火蒸30分钟左右即可。
