黑白巧克力皮夹心小蛋糕

  • 杏仁粉25g
  • 砂糖60g
  • 鸡蛋3只
  • 巧克力黑白各一块100g

Steps to make 黑白巧克力皮夹心小蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.过筛低粉和杏仁粉
  • 3.蛋清蛋白分离,放蛋白的器皿里必须保持干燥,不能有水和油
  • 4.蛋糕模具上刷黄油以防沾边
  • 5.将蛋黄和泡打粉以及砂糖混合搅拌
  • 6.把搅拌好的蛋黄液加入筛好的面粉中,加适量牛奶搅拌成糊状,不要太黏稠
  • 7.蛋白分三次加入砂糖用电动打蛋器最高挡打至硬性发泡
  • 8.打好的蛋白两次加入到过筛的面粉中用橡皮刀上下搅拌均匀,不要画圈搅拌
  • 9.搅拌好后到入蛋糕模具中,烤箱预热后调制180度 10分钟既可
  • 10.出箱后的蛋糕待至散热,之后按自己喜欢的形状切割
  • 11.切好的蛋糕夹心,我夹的菠萝
  • 12.还有夹覆盆子果酱
  • 13.开始将巧克力融化
  • 14.融化后的巧克力要即使浇在做好的蛋糕上,自行发挥花形点缀
  • 15.做好的巧克力蛋糕放入冰箱冷藏1个小时
  • 16.1小时候从冰箱拿出后巧克力皮就变硬了,也定型了,就可以开吃喽~~~~~
