【改良版韩式炒年糕】
一直以来,看着外国菜谱都觉得很好吃的样子,为了吃到正宗的韩式炒年糕,我朋友给我买了韩国年糕还有韩国辣酱,想想韩式年糕那个红红糊糊的样子,其实还真不是很美观,味道以酸甜为主,辣为辅,还能接受,所以这次球球版的韩式炒年糕,我没有把菜和年糕一起炒,因为不想把菜煮的太烂,不好吃,也为了外形好看一点,我把炒好后的菜和煮好的年糕放在一起,吃的时候再拌匀,味道是一样的,年糕是辣酱的味道,菜因为刚拌在一起,所以还保持大部分的原味,大白菜还带着爽脆,稍微改动一点的韩式炒年糕送给大家,希望你们会喜欢哦!

Steps to make 【改良版韩式炒年糕】

  • 1.韩国年糕,韩国辣酱。
  • 2.大白菜洗净切细条,甜红椒去籽切条,蒜青切丝,鸡蛋两个。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散后炒成蛋花。
  • 4.装碗待用。
  • 5.另起锅烧开水,下入适量年糕煮。
  • 6.中火煮开煮软。
  • 7.煎锅放适量油,先把大白菜梗,甜椒,蒜青炒软。
  • 8.下入蛋花,加适量盐,鸡精翻炒均匀。
  • 9.装盘待用。
  • 10.锅中下入两汤匙韩国辣酱,适量清水,下入煮软的年糕。
  • 11.煮至粘稠收汁。
  • 12.年糕装盘,撒上炒好的菜,吃的时候拌匀即可食用。
